Returns & Exchanges

As each item is custom printed to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. However, exchanges may be possible depending on the circumstances, so please feel free to get in touch.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me at lapalmier.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue, and I will do my best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any damage to prints or frames that occurs after delivery or once the item is in the customer’s possession.
